An already existing website making sales, Snazzy were approached to overhaul the design to work in a more user friendly manor to help with sales and the customer experience. Our team transitioned their current website to the new design, while upgrading the core software that was 5 years old. This was all done without any loss in orders or inventory while the transition occurred.
We implemented new features such as a mobile responsive design, quick search, review system as well as integrating the newsletter setup. Our team were also able to advise on some existing workflow bottlenecks to fix problems they were having.
